The service

BINGO'D! is a free, browser-based game where you daub bingo cards along with videos you watch. We may add, change, or remove features (including paid tiers) at any time. Features described as “coming soon” are not guaranteed.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service. In particular, don’t:

• attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service or its APIs;
• post unlawful, hateful, or harassing content in rooms or chat;
• impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation;
• use the service to infringe anyone’s rights.

We may suspend access that violates these Terms.

Third-party content

Videos are hosted and served by third parties (such as YouTube) and are subject to their terms. We don’t own or control that content and aren’t responsible for it.

Accounts

Sign-in is optional and handled through Google. You’re responsible for activity under your account. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BINGO'D! is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
